The planning department is responsible for:                                       - Preparing for yearly maintenance.                           - Follow-Up of the yearly maintenance jobs being                    performed and reporting them.                           - Preparing the yearly budget.                           - Follow-Up of daily malfunctions.              - Coordinating between the different departments.                           - Checking the safety and fire alarm system.
