The DWPS Training Center carries on the job of training both local and foreign workers.   
  That results in improving the workers level and increasing the stations production.

      -DWPS Training Center Goals:

       - Improving the local force work level.

       - Filling in job openings with local work force.

       - Improving both work and production level.

       - work on replacing the foreign wok force with local work force.
    -Kinds of Training:

           -Continuous:
                Is a group of courses in the both computer and
             technical English to increase the level of         
             education of the Kuwaiti workers.
           
          -Improvement:
                Is a group of courses in the field of engineering or
              administration.    
       
          -Specialized:
                Is a group of courses specialized in both
               maintenance and operation.
  

    -DWPS Training Center Goals:    
         DWPS Training Center offers courses to college
         students in co-operation with the following:
             
             - College of Technological Studies.

             - Electricity and Water Institute.

             - The workers at the Ministry of Energy.

             -  Ministry of Education.

             -  Other Facilities.
